From our North East workshop in Gateshead, Green Roof Structures are a Design and Build Contractor who specialise in bespoke residential and education buildings across the UK. Our timber framed structures are predominantly manufactured offsite delivering carbon positive solutions as home extensions, new build homes and holiday lodges, garden studios/offices and classrooms providing a cost effective and sustainable alternative to traditional building construction.
We are a Design and Build Contractor and provide a full turn-key construction service by appointing us as your main contractor. We have built up a local network of trusted tradesmen and companies to be able to offer a full construction service.
We can also if required just provide quotations for 'bare frame only' services, delivering our typically panelised timber frame walls, floors and roofs to site and erecting these onto your foundation/base.
